Jhatkaa is a mobilizing and campaigning platform that has been working to alleviate the air pollution crisis in Bangalore since 2016. In 2020, they decided to focus their efforts through litigation targeted to curb air pollution in the city. ICA provided research and consultancy services for Jhatkaa so as to determine their litigation strategy that would result in favourable orders and decrees and help in curbing and better regulating air pollution in the city.
